CLOTHING & LINENS

Unless otherwise written specifically on the individual product page, clothing and linens may be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

We accept the return or exchange of unwashed, unused items with the tags on within 14 days of receipt. We will be unable to accept returns for items without the tag and are not responsible for missing packages.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

ALL OTHER ITEMS

All other items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. Should a return be accepted, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition to be accepted for a refund. 

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect items upon receipt. Any damages or defects must be photographed and sent to hello@foxandwillow.com within 48 hours of receipt.

If shipping damage is discovered and delivery is refused, images of the package(s) must be provided and signed shipping paperwork to hello@foxandwillow.com within 24 hours.
